Lei Li(D1·, SPRING Scholarship) of our graduate school, gave an invited presentation at the 2nd International Bay Area Urban Agglomeration Green Development Conference held in Zhuhai and Macao, China (August 14–17, 2024). His talk, titled “Optimal Path to Urban Carbon Neutrality Based on Multi-Scenario Analysis” employed scenario-based modeling and quantitative methods to explore strategic planning and policy pathways for megacities under carbon neutrality goals.
